3 days of detox is almost over. Kebab tomorrow, maybe…
All I’ve eaten and drunk the last 3 days:
Fruits
Vegetables
Berries
Nuts
Seeds
Green tea
Water
Three glasses of milk (just couldn’t give it up completely)
No coffee, no black tea, no salt, no sugar and no meat. And no alcohol of course! Feels great! First time I ever do something like this for so long but it will be nice to get some real carbs and protein.
